Looking back over my 20-year career, there’s a clear thread that runs through both my personal life and professional life; connecting with people and helping people connect to themselves.
I’ve learned that the key to fulfilment and success is acceptance and trust; understanding what makes us unique, what makes other people unique, and learning how to leverage these qualities, skills, and talents to realise our goals. So we unleash potential, are authentic and live the life we dream of.

As an enterprise coach and consultant, I offer tailored, structural programs to embed lasting transformational change in organisations, and also empower teams, employees, and individuals to achieve success and thrive through group workshops and bespoke programs. Breakthroughs and life changing experiences are key.
Sawubona – “I see you” means “you are important and I appreciate you” – “I look at you with no prejudice”. The response; Sikhona – “Here I am” allows the person to show up without any mask or ‘role’ and to announce ‘this is me’. I hope to bring this to each client engagement and inspire others to do the same.
